Go to the Ubuntu website (ubuntu.com) and see that on release there is no mention of jackalopes, efts, herons, ibex, gibbons or stinking badgers. The year, and then the month...that's it.

Sorry guys, but we don't need a running commentary or blow by blow accounting of the development of an OS that has literally just begun. This happens for every single release of Ubuntu. Forget about the stable release (which usually isn't that stable) and hype to death the next big one which always makes big promises. Canonical and Ubuntu fanbois are nothing if not successful at building and sustaining hype for Ubuntu.
