        I think that the episode that aired two weeks ago is high on the running for worse in the series, Cartman used to be my favorite character, in the old episodes he never gave a ***** what people thought of him, now he's just a pussy.

    • Felperus, on 10/31/2008, -0/+4I gotta agree it wasn't my favorite (though I did enjoy the guinea pig costumes), but I was basically reminded that even the worst episodes of South Park are way better than the best episodes of most of the other crap on TV. I didn't cringe at all in the way I do when watching any new episode of The Simpsons. If they had the guinea pigs do more damage and not just sit around...I think it would have been miles better.

      The redeeming quality of South Park is that even when a ***** episode airs, you can't be sure that next week's won't be brilliant.

      The only thing I wish is that they wouldn't do this crap where they divide the season in half and wait half a year to air the second half (like how this is still season 12).

Imagination Land, the Family Guy episodes and this could all have been done much better in a single show (see the hippy music festival episode for an example). Though, I will probably like these more if I saw them multiple times in their entirety, but that will probably not happen as this show only airs in 30 minute segments.

    I bet the commentary is funnier than the episode. If theres one reason to buy the DVDs its the commentary by Matt and Trey, that are ***** hilarious.

I sort of took Craig's criticizing the boys for their unwavering desire to explore and do things that are bound to lead to trouble as Parker and Stone once again beating critics to the punch by making fun of the show's occasional predictability themselves.

These types of episodes are what made South Park great in the first place (before they started taking on current issues), so it was great to see them go back to it.

    The highlights of the episodes were the Guinea Pirate and Guinea Saurus Rex.

The whole guinea pig thing was classic South Park- no real political agenda or anything... just a downright funny/childish/silly show... which is not bad at all.

  • javiero, on 10/31/2008, -2/+0So I came in here thinking I was the onlyone commenting about not liking this ep. but im glad Im not crazy. I think is funny how sometimes the plot goes completely crazy, like aliens snorting coke and having sex, or the taco that farts icecream (that was hilarious nonsense) but this is just not that funny.. the plot might ve had much more potential if it was LEMMIWINGS (Hail to his majesty Gerbil King!! ) instead of random guinea pigs...

    Still southpark kicks ass, but this was too much of not so fun material, specially for two entire eps, and specially after a hillarious season opener.
