Okay, let me just shift into first gear, and... there. When someone asks you a question, you go to the site, enter in their query, share that link, have them click it, and watch as an animation of how to use google plays out on their desktop AND provides the search results needed.

The end result: they'll know to do it next time on their own, minus wasting two questions and three clicks, and will just google it themselves next time.
